Do you provide every element needed for the experience?

Yes, each box includes the curated essentials and a simple guide. You'll only need a few basics you already have at home, like glasses or some ice.

Can I change an item in my experience box?

Each box is carefully curated for the ritual, so we don’t offer substitutions. If something isn’t for you, we’d love your feedback so we can consider it for future releases.

Can I gift it?

Yes, it is perfect for gifting, sharing, or treating yourself (options vary by experience).

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, we only ship to addresses within New Zealand.

What happens if I entered the wrong address on my order?

Please leave us a message straight away via the Contact Us form with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update it. If it has already been shipped, we’ll try to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, debit cards, and PayPal.

Do you accept international payments?

Yes we do, as long as the delivery address is within New Zealand.

Can I return my items?

If something arrives faulty or not what you ordered, ping us via the Contact form and we’ll sort it. We don’t refund change-of-mind, but we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion. See our Returns Policy for the details.
